Terms and conditions.

We currently ship throughout Jordan via trusted delivery partners. The delivery times we quote are estimates and may vary by location and general conditions.

We process your order in 2 to 6 business hours, and it arrives at your door in 24 to 48 hours in most cases.

Shipping is free on orders of 20 JD and above. For smaller orders, fees are 2 JD inside Amman and 3 JD outside.

To avoid delays, make sure the delivery address is correct and complete, your phone number is active, and someone is available to receive the shipment on the day. Not meeting these may cause delays or extra fees.

Because of the nature of pet food products and food safety standards, returns follow clear rules. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, as long as the product is unopened, the original packaging is intact and sealed, the product is within its expiry date, and proof of purchase is provided.

Opened bags, perishable products and final-sale items (marked as such at purchase) cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact our customer service team first, share your order number, and send product photos if requested. We do not accept returns shipped without prior approval.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds are issued in 5 to 10 business days, through your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a product arrives damaged, does not match the order, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. We will replace it at no extra cost.

Use of the site is allowed for personal and legitimate commercial purposes only. Any use that conflicts with applicable Jordanian law, harms other users, or attempts to access our systems in unauthorised ways is prohibited.

We respect your privacy. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing, and we do not store card details on our servers. Payments run through secure, licensed gateways.

Opti4Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where a material change happens, we will let you know via email or a clear notice on the site.
