Is this food good for adult indoor cats?

Yes. It is a complete daily diet for adult cats. The high animal protein supports lean muscle, and the kibble helps keep teeth clean, which suits indoor cats well. For very inactive indoor cats, feed at the lower end of the chart.

How do I switch my cat to OPTIMEAL?

Change gradually over at least 5 days. Start with mostly the old food and a little OPTIMEAL, then increase the OPTIMEAL portion each day until it is the full meal.

Does it contain taurine?

Which bag size should I buy?
