General Principle

Due to the sensitive nature of pet food products and to maintain food safety standards, returns are subject to strict conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is completely unopened
  • The original packaging is intact and sealed
  • The product is within its expiry date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items (if stated at purchase)

Opened pet food bags

Perishable products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Submit product photos if requested
  4. Wait for return approval confirmation
  5. Ship the approved item back as instructed

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

Returned products are inspected upon arrival

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Replacement Cases

A free replacement will be provided if the product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • With a verified manufacturing defect

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
